10th October 2009 – I participated the Canon Photo Marathon Malaysia 2009 for the second time. The first Photo Marathon I joined was back in November 2008. This year, the Photo Marathon Malaysia was held at Sunway Lagoon, Subang Jaya, Selangor.
The event starts from 7:00am till 9:00pm, and to be the winner of the competition, you are require to stay till 9:00pm for the announcement. (*edited: For this year, participant doesn’t stay back till 9:00pm… in fact the results are announced via Facebook). Hence, I didn’t submit any photos due to it and I don’t think submitting will make any difference as the photos I took didn’t come close to any of the winner’s photo at all. I left the scene about 1:00pm without submitting a single photo and all my shots are very ordinary.
Anyhow, here is my shots for the theme of the shoot. There’s 3 theme in total. i.e. Splash, Red, and Shooting in Progress. Here’s the photos in order just for the fun of it.

The winner photos this year was quite alright, better than last year judging. Oh… and my colleague saimatkong is one of the winner for the theme Shooting in Progress! Congrats.
